This policy explains how Gordian Consulting ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you visit gordianconsulting.io, contact us, or connect an email account to the outreach platform we operate at send.gordianconsulting.io (the "Service").

Information we collect

• Contact details you give us, such as your name, company and email address when you write to us or book a call.
• Connected account data. When an authorised user connects a Google or Microsoft email account to the Service, we receive an access token and the account's email address. The Service uses that access to send the outreach messages the user schedules and to read replies to those messages.
• Campaign data, such as prospect lists, message templates, send history and replies, which our clients provide or which the Service generates while running their campaigns.
• Basic technical data, such as server logs, that our hosting providers collect when you load this website.

How we use information

• To provide the Service: sending scheduled emails, tracking replies and showing results to the account owner.
• To respond to enquiries and manage client relationships.
• To keep the Service secure and working, including preventing abuse.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use connected email data for advertising.

Google user data

The Service's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular:

• We use Gmail data only to provide and improve the user-facing features of the Service: sending the user's own scheduled messages and reading replies to them.
• We do not transfer Gmail data to others except as needed to provide the Service, to comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to users.
• We do not use Gmail data for advertising, and we do not allow humans to read it unless the user asks us to for support, it is needed for security or legal reasons, or the data has been aggregated and anonymised.
• We do not use Gmail data to train generalised artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service, such as hosting and email infrastructure providers, under agreements that require them to protect it. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Retention and deletion

We keep connected account tokens only while the account stays connected. A user can disconnect an account at any time in the Service, or revoke access from their Google or Microsoft account settings, and we then delete the stored tokens. Clients can ask us to delete their campaign data by writing to hello@gordianconsulting.io.

Security

Access tokens are stored encrypted and access is limited to the people and systems that need it to run the Service.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of further contact at any time by emailing hello@gordianconsulting.io.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
