Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of gordianconsulting.io and the outreach platform at send.gordianconsulting.io (together, the "Service"), operated by Gordian Consulting ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to them.

Use of the Service

The Service is for authorised users to run business-to-business outreach. You may connect only email accounts you own or are authorised to use, and you are responsible for the messages sent from them.

Acceptable use

• Follow the laws that apply to your messages, including anti-spam and data-protection laws, and honour requests not to be contacted.
• Do not send unlawful, deceptive or harmful content, and do not use the Service to impersonate others.
• Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Service.

We may suspend access that breaks these rules.

Connected accounts

When you connect a Google or Microsoft account, you authorise the Service to send the messages you schedule and to read replies to them. You can disconnect at any time. Our privacy policy explains how that data is handled.

Client agreements

Where we provide services to you under a separate written agreement, that agreement governs fees, deliverables and term, and it takes priority over these terms if they conflict.

Your content

You keep ownership of the lists, templates and data you provide. You give us permission to use them only to run the Service for you.

Availability and warranties

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Email delivery and replies depend on third parties and cannot be guaranteed.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the update.
